When I wasn’t creating event materials and print publications, a key component of my design work with Becker’s Healthcare involved sponsored content. Clients would want to reach our readers with a story that they would find both interesting and relevant to their work in the healthcare industry. Sometimes the content would follow the look of the Becker’s brand, and sometimes it would be presented using the sponsoring brand’s guidelines. My team provided me with the copy and branded direction for the content, and I took it from there. 

The finalized ebooks or whitepapers would be shared with the client in a series of drafts with several rounds of edits and critiques along the way. This process presented the challenge of meeting the ever-changing needs of the client and interpreting their edits into visual adjustments to the design. Yearly whitepaper downloads nearly tripled over the two years I worked at Becker’s.

  • 99,200 total downloads (up from 23,527 in 2019)
