Becker’s Annual Meeting conference website

Becker's 12th Annual Meeting website was the culmination of two years of prototyping and testing through nearly 60+ virtual events, ranging from single-day niche industry summits to four-day, multi-focus healthcare seminars. With over 10,000 registered attendees in the combined live and virtual components of the conference, the pressure was on to deliver a practical digital experience. 

The site’s main purpose boiled down to pushing registrations for the live and virtual event. But it also needed to do a lot more, like promote our extensive roster of high-profile speakers, house our 4-day interactive virtual agenda, showcase our key corporate partners and sponsors, host digital content provided by our editorial team and sponsors, and provide information and links to any resources related to the conference. My team provided the content, copy and edits in a workflow that I organized, but I created everything on the website involving design (layout, UI/UX, visual identity) from scratch.

Impact

  • 87,090 total visitors, 35% increase in traffic from 2021

  • 10,545 total registrations
