As a part of a presentation pitching new flavors for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, I worked with an international food ingredient company to create four illustrations that brought the new product concepts to life. The illustrations needed to fit the light and playful tone of the Ben & Jerry’s brand while also effectively showcasing the different ingredients for each flavor.

The process began with research diving into the various ingredients that would need to be illustrated and a study of what they would need to look like in the final artwork. I then started drawing in Procreate, creating the base ice cream pint mockup, then the base ice cream shapes and textures. From there I worked closely with the marketing team to fine-tune the look of each ice cream flavor and its subsequent toppings and mixtures. Final copy and supplemental graphics were also added in Illustrator before arriving at the final concept to be used in the pitch presentation with Ben & Jerry’s.
