For this project, I worked with an international food ingredient company to create macaroni & cheese concept illustrations for Noodles & Co. The 15 illustrations would be supplemented with product samples in a presentation aimed at selling these new dish concepts to the nationwide restaurant chain. The client needed these illustrations to be “fanciful,” yet still simple enough to clearly show the different elements that comprised each dish.

Starting with the bowl and the noodles, I created a base illustration in Procreate that would allow the different mac & cheese dishes to be visually consistent. Then I continued with drawing and adding the ingredients and toppings to the artwork, mixing and blending them across the different layers. The final artwork was then brought into Illustrator where I created a deck showcasing each flavor trio that was true to the Noodle’s & Co branded look.
